XOOPS : TDMCreate v1.38 alpha 3

Another test for this module which sees new tables and advanced features than the first version very simple. Added some files and some functionality for creating folders and files routine, these are created by the class consArchitecture. Delete all unnecessary files from images folder and class, in the next release we can create the language file directly from the table and save when compiling language.

- Fixed class/constArchitecture.php
- Fixed const/const_architecture.php all code with class/constArchitecture.php
- Fixed class/tdmcreate_languages.php for save defines on database
- Added structure in admin/filemanager.php
- Deleted unnecessary code and files, this works with Frameworks
