Getting involved with the 2.9 beta testing

Tras cerca de 11 millones de descargas de WordPress 3.0 en tan sólo 42 días, acaban de liberar WordPress 3.0.1.

Thomas Mackenzie nos alertó de un problema donde los usuarios registrados pueden mirar en los puestos de la papelera perteneciente a otros autores.

El equipo de desarrollo a liberado WordPress 2.9.2 como actualización de seguridad. Resuelve un problema de seguridad detectado que consistía en que un usuario registrado podía recuperar entradas de la papelera aunque fuesen escritas por otros.

Unfortunately, the recent 2.9 release triggered a bug in certain versions of PHP’s curl extension. With these versions of curl, scheduled posts and pingbacks are not processed correctly.
